Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Free Consultations are available by request and must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. All consultations must be booked through our website: www.lillibetagency.com. For group bookings, we allow up to 2 participants per session unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Rescheduling Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no cost. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be marked as a missed session and may result in limited future booking access. If you cannot attend, we encourage you to cancel as early as possible to allow others the opportunity to book. Group Session Guidelines: Each group session allows a maximum of 2 participants per booking. Please ensure both attendees are available and punctual to make the most of your time with us.
